CEO & FOUNDER.
Our founder Joe has always been different from the pack, playing in punk bands in his teens and twenties. With a background in technical writing, he turned to SEO and eventually software development and web development and became a powerhouse in the industry. With results for clients in web hosting, he decided he wanted to focus on digital marketing and ILC Creative was born! Our favorite cat loving, punk music listening CEO has the experience and communication skills to do it all.
ROBERT ABEL
UI & UX
Technologically inclined from grade school, when it came time to go to college Abel’s love of movies and television led him to get a degree in Film, Video, and New Media. He went on to build sites and produce video projects as an independent contractor before bringing his talents to ILC, where his knowledge of complex digital production systems & workflows and ability to communicate with & coordinate teams have seen him grow from part time web builder into his current role of project manager.

Mei’s love of art history and appreciation for the arts started very young, professing she’s be an artist by the age of 4. Involved in the local art and music scene in Miami and Fort Lauderdale, she has many places to find inspiration for her work. As the youngest on the team, Mei is always offering new ideas to throw into the mix and gives new perspectives.

Adam’s life’s passion is comprised of and surrounded by art. With an innate ability to transform visions into actions, Adam consistently elevates his craft, bringing a unique blend of innovation and artistic finesse to every project he undertakes.
